What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Journeyman position at OneLink USA?
IET Systems is seeking experienced Journeyman in the Construction field. This position will require all types of laborious work from pouring and finishing of various concrete structures, installing gates and fences, as well as pulling and running various types of wire. In addition, you will help with towers at various job sites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Operate various types of equipment.
Load and unload various sizes of material.
Concrete finishing behind paver, and some hand pour work.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics and operation/product manuals.
Perform installation of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms and other security related systems.
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, squatting and lifting.
Clean up of equipment at the completion of each day.
Work proactively and in a positive manner with all co-workers.
Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities without supervision.
Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and legible manner.
Fulfill On-Call rotation responsibilities as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor in a professional and efficient manner.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to follow and establish safe work practices
Must have a valid driver’s license preferably CDL’s
Must be willing to work overtime, nights, and travel as needed. (90 percent travel)
Must pass background and drug screen.
Must be able to travel (90 percent)
