The OneMain Accounting and Finance organization in Irving, TX is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Accounting Specialist to support the OneMain Accounts Payable department. This position requires significant interaction with a vast array of internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices in Oracle Fusion
- Processing Expense Reports in Concur
- Uploading electronic invoices and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with vendor setups
- Working with vendors as well as internal OMF team members to resolve invoice issues
- Assist with researching and clearing AP system holds
- Other special project work as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma. Some college is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in accounting, accounts payable or other business related field
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and work experience
- Ability to follow established accounting and regulatory policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at different levels
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of internal controls
