Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Listen, understand, and match the best vehicle to the customer's needs
  • Respond to calls, emails and any communication from management and customers in an effort to provide high-level customer service
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Co-develop social media content, respond to comments/questions, and monitor engagement across multiple platforms
  • Maintain the dealership’s social media content calendar
  • Facilitate the consistent development of internal digital content in collaboration with management and the web team
  • Perform other sales-related functions as required

Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:

  • Computer skills required, including strong web and MS software skills and ability to type
  • Familiarity with social media platforms: Facebook/Instagram/Youtube
  • Must be interested in learning VERY basic photography and graphic design skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Maintain strong work ethic with high attention to detail
  • Must work well under pressure with ability to multi-task
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Professional personal appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
