Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
- Builds project accurately and within time and budget specifications.
- Uses saws, power tools, sanders, hand tools, wood glue, screws,
- Cuts, shapes, and prepares the surfaces of wood and constructs
- Attaches specified door pulls and hardware and hangs cabinet doors
- Finishes surfaces according to specifications by sanding,
- Repairs or refinishes furniture or cabinets to meet quality standards
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to fit cabinets around existing appliances.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to appropriately measure and skillfully build.
- Very good math and spatial skills.
- Thorough understanding of and ability to operate complex and basic
- Extremely accurate and detail-oriented and organized.
- Fork lift operating experience, preferred.
- Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.
- Ability to read product bill of materials to ensure proper assembly.
