Position Overview : Associate Installer

The successful candidate for the Associate Installer position must possess a fundamental understanding of low voltage systems and exhibit a capacity to follow instructions diligently.

Adaptability, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to job sites are essential traits for this role.

The Associate Installer will operate in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities :

Rough-in :

• Adhere to engineered design documentation to accurately place wires for all system devices.
• Safely utilize power tools and ladders.
• Interpret and follow architectural plans for device layout.
• Demonstrate speed, efficiency, accuracy, and tidiness at all times.

Trimout :

• Terminate, verify, and label system wiring.
• Install AV devices in accordance with system documentation.
• Exhibit exceptional wire management and dressing skills, particularly in racks, interconnects, and wire runs during construction.
• Mount video displays and projectors; install, set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot multi-room audio systems.

Final Installation :

• Follow schematic documentation for AV rack building.
• Install and set up AV equipment.
• Conduct system troubleshooting and debugging.
• Integrate with sub-systems seamlessly.
• Possess basic networking knowledge for the deployment and troubleshooting of supported systems.

Additional Requirements :

• Personal Vehicle : Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a personal vehicle to job sites as required.
• Hand Tools : Required to provide own hand tools or reimburse the company via payroll deduction for provided tools.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with job experience.
• Eligible for Health and Wealth Benefits, PTO, and Sick Time.
