The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the execution of digital marketing strategy and business plan within the assigned one or more digital channels, explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values and motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals. In this role, you will apply your in-depth knowledge of digital platforms, systems and tools to develop content for a digital presence.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide expertise in areas of content strategy, information architecture, user experience design and content management.
- Oversee parts of continuous improvement efforts, rebuilds and refreshes, migrations and new builds, compliance and accessibility and stability.
- Lead all digital reporting, analytics and dashboard management for the marketing team.
- Track and analyze performance metrics across digital strategies and collaborate to adjust approaches to drive continuous improvement across digital channels.
- Demonstrate expert level knowledge of content management systems for websites, intranets, email platforms and other digital communication channels.
- Raise opportunities for improved governance, new technologies and continuous improvement to the director of digital marketing strategy.
- Ensure that digital projects and platforms meet the objectives established in the digital marketing strategy, following standards and governance practices.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience in marketing, communications, or advertising
- Understanding of digital platforms including Oracle, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, O365/SharePoint; also have advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other digital marketing metrics
- Able to travel up to 15%
Preferred Qualifications
- Six years of experience in marketing or communications working in the digital space.
- Marketing attribution, automation, digital marketing, copywriting, print media and customer centricity experience
