Description
Business Managers are responsible for the business aspect of the sale at their OneWater store. They are passionate about delighting internal and external customers and achieving or exceeding their volume, financial products and profit goals through effective Finance & Insurance Managers are responsible for the final process of delivering the clients necessary documents for purchase while offering finance, insurance and products to enhance the customers experience as well as the profitability of the operation. The Finance & Insurance Manager is someone who enjoys the interaction with the customer base, has attention to detail, and enjoys the sales dynamic of a transaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform proper discovery for the understating of customer’s financial goals and product needs
- Demonstrates excellent presentation and sales dynamics through the customer experience and menu presentation
- Maintains knowledge of finance programs and products
- Develops own style to effectively convert cash customers to financing
- Demonstrates teamwork and is always available
- Ensures all paperwork is accurately and timely provided to accounting department
- Supports General Manager in the execution of successful boat shows, store and off-site sales/customer events
- Leads a positive and ethical work environment that attracts, motivates and contributes to retaining high performing team members
- Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains high-level of knowledge for both finance programs and product knowledge
- Promotes teamwork, and supports other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
