Description
Lot Associates successfully completes all tasks related to the effective maintenance and management of the lot as instructed to promote the overall professional image of their respective OneWater store. They contribute to the customer’s delight and satisfaction by enhancing the appearance of every area and boat on the lot.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the Sales and Service team members’ objectives
- Follows all safety and compliance regulations
- Keeps the lot clean and organized as instructed by management
- Professionally maintains and cleans equipment as assigned
- Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed
- Appropriately demonstrates the proper use of equipment to customers as needed
- Completes all other tasks as requested by management
- Supports technicians in completing tasks as needed
- Reports any damages or concerns about the boats or equipment to management
- Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules
- Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat.
