Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper care is provided
Requirements
- Experience in patient care, medication administration, and home community care is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights, long-term care, hospice care, home care, senior care, meal preparation, and social work is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
