Job Description
Onin Staffing is seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a Senior Extrusion Technician.
- Set up and operate equipment in a safe manner.
- Doing adjustments as needed
- Ensure proper operation of equipment.
- Work with other team members to ensure proper operation of equipment and help in other areas as needed.
- Work with Quality Assurance (QA) personnel to ensure quality standards are being met.
- Work with production managers to ensure production goals are being met.
- Work with plant managers to ensure that production goals are being met.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of related experience working in medical extrusion environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, work orders, and instructions is required.
- Experience working with Tools such as gauges, torque wrenches.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
