Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a foam manufacturing company in Louisburg. The production supervisor would be managing and leading production teams in the manufacturing process, meeting quality, safety and efficiency standards.
- Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm
- $50,000-$68,000/year based on experience
- Leadership role in production team
What You'll Do as: Production Supervisor
- Setting and adjusting controls for production line
- Knowledge of mixing process, extruder, and ovens
- Problem analysis and mechanical problem solving skills
- Supervisory skills for mold changing and press station setup
- Communication skills between management and employees
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of product based formulas
- Production problem identification and conflict resolution
- Production planning and order prioritization
- Familiarity with weighing material and Metric system
