Our Sales Associates/Rep are responsible for generating new business and developing new clients through direct client contact, cold calling. We are seeking candidates with a solid professional sales background as well as critical thinking, strong communication, resilience, and a winning attitude.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8AM to 5PM
Pay/ Salary: 60-65K

Work Experience
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably business-to-business sales, outside sales.
- Experience selling a service vs. a product.
Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client & candidate interaction, both in person and over the phone.
- Social adaptability.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Strong leadership mentality.

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Ability to read client orders and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions, take direction, and execute a plan.
- Fluent in sales language.
- Ability to set and execute sales calls via telephone and in person.
- Ability to translate sales reports, forecasts, and data into tangible information.
- Agility to leverage all processes and technology tools productively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
