Source candidates through database, job boards and in the community
Conduct interviews
Conduct Job Fairs
Answer phone calls
Conduct drug tests and criminal backgrounds
Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems
Sales experience a plus
Excellent customer service
Able to work one on one with applicants, customers and a team
Microsoft Office
Bilingual a plus
