What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Workers position at Onin?
If you take pride in your work and have an eye for detail, this is an excellent opportunity with a great work schedule at a top-tier cabinet manufacturer with over 30 years of experience!
- 1st Shift (Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4pm) *Overtime as required*
- Full-time (40 hours)
- $16.00 / hr (that's a minimum of $640 per week, without overtime)
- Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit or Pay Card

What You'll Do as a Production Worker:
- Assembly using hand or power tools
- Carpentry-type work, such as sanding wood
- Quality Assurance - detecting and reporting defective materials
- Machine Operation
- Final Inspections
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Ability and willingness to cross-train in various roles
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Know how to operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Need to perform repetitive walking, bending, standing, or lifting 40 lbs (up to 80 lbs assisted)
- Have the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
