Onin Staffing is currently seeking an Experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our team! A Staffing Recruiter is capable of service fulfillment for clients and temporary associates at the local level. This includes recruiting, interviewing proficiency, day to day customer service and issue resolution, ability to process payroll accurately, processing new-hires in a manner that is compliant with Onin’s policy and with the law and counsel temporary associates on job related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Ability to leverage recruiting methods to proactively drive candidates to the office.
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and job opportunities
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Demonstrated history of going above and beyond to meet the needs of customers
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid understanding of employment law as it relates to interactions with our teammates, clients and coworkers
- Have a sufficient understanding of and compliance with workers compensation protocol.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well alone and with a team with little to no supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner accurately
