Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance metrics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
- Evaluate and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to help streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement best practices.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.

- 5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Intermediate experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Planhat, ZoomInfo etc…)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act operationally.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
