OnPoint is seeking a Children’s Services Supervisor. This position will provide clinical and administrative leadership and supervision for professional staff within children’s’ services including home based, outpatient and infant mental health. The candidate will be responsible to provide program planning, development, implementation and evaluation for programs within children’s services.
SALARY/BENEFIT PACKAGE:
$71,618 - $93,960 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

FLEXIBLE WORK CONDITIONS:
Work at home and in the office.
May involve some evenings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MA/MSW in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling and State of Michigan license.
Minimum of three (3) years practice in community mental health setting required.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in program specialty area is required.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide clinical and administrative leadership and supervision for professional staff within assigned program area.
Supervise case assignments and case transfers within treatment teams. Assure that case transfers are assigned in a timely manner and within the policies of the agency.
After-hours on-call rotation for hospital and community pre-screens. On-call shifts are a shared rotation across all clinical departments.
Provide program planning, development, implementation and evaluation as required and directed which is consistent with OnPoint and MDHHS policies and procedures, the laws of the State of Michigan, and the professional ethics of the respective profession.
Participate in various non-direct service activities including supervision, staff meetings, treatment planning, quality improvement, utilization review, continuing education, and other duties as assigned.

Must comply with the standards of OSHA, CARF, Medicaid, and other third-party reimbursement systems.
