1 Job Purpose and Description
The primary responsibilities of the Financial Analyst are to support the Cost Controller and Director of Manufacturing in development and implementation of monthly forecasts and reporting operating results. Additionally, this role will provide analytical support to drive the plants performance. This is a junior level position with potential growth opportunities.

Frequency of ad-hoc requests
Outputs for local managment decisions and input to Divisional Strategic Plans
4. Job Accountability
Collaborate with process engineers and other manufacturing business partners to track and analyze machine performances as well as material utilization
Ensure costing and accuracy of finished good BOMS and consumption, reviewing with Product Manager
Prepare monthly applicable closing journal entries and analysis
Perform monthly closing of production processes and FIFO revaluation
Support the Cost Controller and local team during annual budget
Gather data and make analysis for specific projects for Cost Controller.
Serve as a backup for Staff Accountant including general ledger and balance sheet accounting
Partner with Cycle Counter, auditing adjustments made as a result of cycle and physical inventory counts
5. Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university (Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Business Administration)
Preferred experience in manufacturing
A minimum of 2-3 years experience of basic knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Strong Excel skills (such as Pivot tables, VLookup & Concatenate)
SAP knowledge is preferred but not required
