Digital Marketing Manager

Description:

Onward Search is seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing in-house team. In this role, you will lead design, implementation, and execution of high-performance growth marketing campaigns across all our digital channels. A mix of analytical and creative, you will continuously expand brand awareness and customer loyalty, and take our customer acquisition to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media and display ad campaigns
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and identify key insights to optimize spend and performance against KPIs
• Develop go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Use analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

What You Need To Get The Job Done (Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years experience in digital marketing
• Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display ad campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Staffing industry experience a plus
