As a Business Development Specialist for our client, a premier real estate marketplace, you will be instrumental in supporting realtors by enhancing their digital marketing and advertising strategies. You will engage prospective real estate agents through compelling presentations, encouraging them to subscribe to our client’s cutting-edge platform designed to elevate their marketing efforts. With extensive training, you will be fully equipped to represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.
This role offers a highly competitive base plus commission package with first year on target earnings over six figures expected. This opportunity is based in Richmond, VA (paid relocation offered), and is 5 days per week onsite.

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate. Other sales experience will be considered
- Proven success in a corporate sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
