Logistics Coordinator
Roseville, MI
OnWay Transport is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Roseville office.
We are looking for a positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt. Must be computer savvy and willing to learn new computer software. We dispatch our drivers to medical facilities as well as auto manufacturing centers. We are looking for dispatchers that have great customer service and overall great dispatching skills. Extensive training provided.

Schedule:
- 9am- 9pm (Day shift) 9pm-9am (Night shift)
- 3 days a week and working a 4th day every other week. 12 hours shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Order Entry.
- Dispatching Drivers.
- Tracking Drivers.
- Problem Solving.
- Scheduling Pickups/Deliveries.
- Mapping out Routes.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Monitoring TMS systems.
- Auditing orders.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years minimal is Dispatching Drivers. (Courier experience is highly preferred).
- 3-4 Years of top-notch customer service experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) required.
- Must have positive attitude and have the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Experience in Transportation and Logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational Skills.
- Experience in multi-line phone systems.
- Experience in Dispatch Software preferred.
