We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Charlotte. This role is perfect for hustlers who excel at generating their own leads, cold calling, and making door-to-door sales to sell our solutions to the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential leads within the hospitality sector.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our POS systems, set appointments, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers to present our solutions and close sales.
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish to reach a diverse customer base and tailor sales pitches to meet their unique needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by maintaining a strong work ethic, tenacity, and a results-oriented approach.
- Market Feedback: Gather and report valuable market feedback to help refine our sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales is highly preferred.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- Resilient and Persistent: Ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and maintain enthusiasm in a challenging sales environment.
- Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout the Charlotte area.
