POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Data Manager, the Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of scholar registration and impact data across multiple platforms. This role also involves supporting data analysis projects and providing technical assistance to staff.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
- Data Management (50%):
- Manage and maintain scholar registration and scholar (K-12 and alumni) outcome data across multiple platforms, including Excel, CRM systems, and Student Information Systems.
- Perform data input, cleaning, validation, and basic analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Data Analysis (35%):
- In collaboration with the Data Manager, support ODA evaluation projects, including monitoring survey and instrument response rates, reducing likelihood of missing data, supporting within group and between group studies.
- In collaboration with the Data Manager and Advancement team, support reporting needs as necessitated by funders.
- Technical Support (15%):
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff on data processes, ensuring that all parties understand the necessary requirements and procedures.
- Create and distribute clear and concise instructional materials as needed.
- Collaborate with the programming team to ensure smooth registration processes.
- Attend local events periodically to support scholar registration efforts and represent ODA in the community.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
The Data Coordinator must have:
- Technical Proficiency:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables, conditional formatting, and formulas.
- Strong computer fundamentals with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree required
