DaytoDay responsibilities :
Creating and resolving Desktop issues For First EnergyEmployees Onsite and Remote. Primary duties will include standarddesktop / Laptop break / fix items.
Troubleshootsystem office hardware and business applications
Management and installation of equipment in the meetingroom (projector laptop and videoconference) Monitor calls incidentsand requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
JobDescription :
Maintains analyzestroubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and computerperipherals.
Documents maintains upgrades orreplaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains useraccount information including rights security and systemsgroups.
Trains employees identifies analyzesand repairs product failures orders and replaces parts asneeded.
Network connection issues track networkconnections back to network switches.
Interacts with customers respondingto routine technical questions or requests forinformation
