What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Advisory Senior position at OpenArc?
RESPONSIBILITIES - ACCOUNTING ADVISORY SENIOR
- Consult with clients on complex accounting and finance issues which may include, but are not limited to, technical accounting issues, financial reporting, operational accounting, buy-side or sell-side accounting assistance and post-merger integration
- Assist in development of detailed project plans to respond to our clients unique needs and expectations
- Execute project plans and create client deliverables
- Technical accounting advisory projects require detailed assessment, extensive research, detailed testing procedures and significant technical writing
- Outsourced accounting advisory projects require assisting clients with day-to-day accounting, month-end close, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, month-end financial statement preparation and other such corporate accounting responsibilities
- Participate in career development activities and technical training of staff
- Develop and sustain relationships with client executives and senior management
QUALIFICATIONS - ACCOUNTING ADVISORY SENIOR
- Public accounting, preferably working within either an accounting advisory or external audit function
- CPA license is strongly preferred
- A proven track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously and delivering excellent client service
