About the Sales Operations Analyst role:
As a member of the Commercial Operations team, the Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing data, models, and forecasting for the sales management team. In addition, this role will support the direct sales organization with order management, pricing, contract vehicles, and assist in getting deals across the finish line.
Sales Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales leadership and operations to analyze and pragmatize areas for improvement across the sales organization
• Assist with Order Management Process (Order Forms, Contract Vehicles)
• Assist in maintaining OpenGov Sales Efficiency and Sales Insights
• Assist with Territory Modeling, Pricing Analysis, and Ad-Hoc Analysis to Support Sales Management Team
• Identify opportunities for operations process optimization and redesign to support a growing sales organization
• Master data integrity, ARR Recognition, and learn critical business systems (Salesforce, Outreach, and more)
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience with analytics, operations, or a related field required
• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Accounting or other related fields
• Successful field support in B2B, SAAS, finance, and/or accounting
• Self-motivated, creative, results-driven, solution-oriented, driven to succeed
• Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
• Crisp written communication and verbal communication skills
• Quantitative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using multiple data sources, enriching data to complete analyses
