As a Recruiter and member of the People & Culture team, you are one of the first connections our candidates have with OpenTable. You serve as an ambassador for our organization, and you help bring hospitality, a core tenet of our culture, to life for them.
In this role, you will:
- Play a key role in building partnerships with teams and leaders to support OpenTable’s reciprocal approach to recruiting
- Ensure key partners understand critical steps in the recruiting process
- Cultivate long-term relationships and provide an outstanding candidate experience
- Run full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions, in your designated client group, matching company requirements
- We partner with leadership and team in developing best-in-class recruiting methodologies
- Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks.
- Meet or exceed hiring and key performance indicator goals
- This role will mainly partner with Sales and Support but could flex into other functions as the needs of the business warrant.

- Shown excellence in sourcing talent in the dedicated business with an emphasis in driving passive and interested candidates to assigned requisitions.
- Strong proficiency in handling large talent pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience a plus).
- 5 years of experience handling full life-cycle recruiting in house or in an agency setting.
- Minimum 2 year of specific experience recruiting for high volume Sales and/or Customer Support positions
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
- Outstanding teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment.
- BA/BS degree preferred
