Lead Product Manager (Healthcare)

The Opportunity:
OpenText is looking for Lead Product Manager to manage the Healthcare portfolio of products. This role is responsible for leading the definition and delivery of the Healthcare product offerings across a complete lifecycle, owning the roadmap, delivery and go to market.

You will be part of the larger Life Sciences group working with a team of Product Managers with pharmaceutical industry experience, and an experienced team of Engineers. This role will require a strong understanding of Healthcare industry challenges, the regulations, EHR/EMR systems, and interoperability of various systems.

You are great at:

• Understanding the Healthcare market and with a curiosity to influence the industry shift and future
• Bringing new ideas to the development teams and helping them understand the direction in which you wish to take the product
• Evangelization of your ideas, products and services to marketing and sales teams
• Working in an agile manner and delivering on the roadmap with high quality and performance
• Maintaining the product roadmap and represent it for the product internally and externally
• Monitoring and incorporating market and industry innovations
• Writing, reviewing and prioritizing product requirements and use cases
• Working closely with product development leaders to ensure product is built to specifications
• Working with product managers and architects to define the work required for each product feature and then to ensure each release cycle is appropriately managed

You should have:

• Deep understanding of the Healthcare industry, regulations as well as a demonstrated understanding of the payer, provider, broker, and Digital Health space
• Experience working with EMR/EHR applications and strong understanding of the integrations/interoperability of the applications
• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience with strong Product Management experience taking ideas from inception to successful customer implementation
• Innovative, self-motivated, business-oriented, and passionate about creating high value products that influence the Healthcare industry
• Effective at influencing and convincing others into action and able to be a good team member/player
• Able to understand and articulate customers’ viewpoints and perspectives, the problems, challenges, and opportunities customers face in their businesses and how customers use, or could use, the product(s) to address them
• Goal driven; plans and manages toward achieving goals, anticipates problems, and issues and proactively drives their resolution
• Ability to work in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones

For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $130K to $160K USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
