• Guide & Support Your Unit. Your leadership makes the difference! As the OR Nurse Manager, you would oversee 14 OR’s in a busy Level II Trauma hospital. In this role, you would lead your team in providing the highest level of care while garnering a constant focus on patient safety.
• Lankenau Operating Room Highlights include:
  • Lankenau is recognized as High Performing in sixteen total specialties, with regards to the OR, they include: Aortic Valve Surgery, Cardiology and Heart Surgery, Colon Cancer Surgery, Hip and Knee Replacement, Lung Cancer Surgery, Spinal Fusion, and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).
  • Our Operating Room features the latest da Vinci Surgical System’s robotic technology. We have 5 robots at Lankenau total.
  • Accreditations include: The Society of Thoracic Surgeons in the Highest Quality Tier for Cardiac Surgery, Aetna Institutes of Quality Designation for Spine Surgery, Blue Distinction Centers for Knee and Hip Replacements.
  • We performed 12,723 total surgeries in FY21

Position: Nurse Manager – Operating Room
Shift: Days with 24/7 Accountability

Experience:
1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in OR nursing.
2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.


Education:
1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.
2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. CNOR certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.
