General Job Description
Performs substance use disorder and mental health counseling work on an individual patient basis and in a group setting. Also provides evaluation, screening, and assessment services. Responsible for servicing primary caseload along with other patients as assigned, and documenting in accordance with company standards. All Counselors are provided their own private office to conduct counseling sessions.

Work Schedule
- Monday 5:30AM to 1:30PM
- Tuesday 5:30AM to 1:30PM
- Wednesday 5:30AM to 2:30PM
- Thursday 5:30AM to 1:30PM
- Friday 5:30AM to 12:30PM
- Bachelor's degree only: $19.23/hour
- Master's degree only: $21.63/hour
- Certified Addiction Professional (CAP): $0.50/hour
- Masters Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP): $1.00/hour
- Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI): $0.25/hour
- Intern in Clinical Social Work (ISW): $0.25/hour
- 9 paid holidays per year
- 3 weeks of PTO per year (on top of holidays). PTO increases to 4 weeks/year after 2 years of employment, and then to 5 weeks/year after 5 years of employment.

- Registered marriage and family therapy, clinical social work, and mental health counseling intern.
- Master’s degree level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) certified by the Florida Certification Board
- Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) certified by the Florida Certification Board
- Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC) certified by the Florida Certification Board
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Must pass background and fingerprinting checks
- Ability to manage time and resources
- Ability to speak coherently and convey concepts
- Computer proficiency required
- Ability to write accurately and legibly
- Ability to sit at a desk and view a display screen for extended periods of time
