Special Needs - Caregiver Manager
Summary: Help us change the world one life at a time! The Home-Based Services (HBS) Manager is responsible for providing excellent care for our clients by utilizing their team to coordinate the right employees to the right clients for services based in the client's home. You and your home-based Services team would manage and assist in implementing the clients care plans in Supported Living services, Host Home Services, and on occasion Personal Budgeting Assistance for clients. This includes necessary documentation for compliance purposes.. The position demands patience and attention to detail. This is a salary, on-site role.
What your day might look like:
- Responding to emails, phone calls & text messages.
- Checkin’s with Lead Caregivers in each county
- Leadership/Compliance meetings and related tasks
- Managing client/caregiver schedules
- Providing excellent leadership and guidance to your team
- Improving home-based services processes and client experiences
- Managerial tasks, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.
