Fraser is seeking a Property Manager to provide leadership to assure property management of Independent Living apartments, in a manner that complies with regulations and the vision, policies, and budgetary parameters of Fraser.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection of rent and preparation of financial information consistent with HUD guidelines and Fraser policy.
- Manage and provide documents for regular audits.
- Address and resolve tenant infractions and monitor compliance.
- Coordinate eviction procedures, as necessary.
- Coordinate and attend informational meetings.
- Support the service coordinators as liaisons between tenants and their individual support assistants, friends, and family members.
- Recognize and solve safety or accessibility problems.
- Facilitate communication with Independent Living tenants and management.
- Coordinate accounting data for the Independent Living apartments, including correction plans for late rents or back payments, cooperating with the accounting department as necessary.
- Regularly attend Housing and Urban Development (HUD) trainings to stay current and maintain regulatory compliance.

Location and Schedule:
- This position is a full time exempt, with hours Monday-Friday during standard business hours with occasional nights, weekends, & on-call
- The position is mostly on site, with some hybrid.

Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in Human Services or related field required.
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
- Ability to understand and implement HUD regulations required.
- Two years of property management experience preferred.
- HUD experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
