Responsibilities:
As a CTE-3 Systems Engineer at OPS Consulting, you will utilize your experience in semiconductor fabrication, including process development, metal and dielectric deposition/etch, semiconductor failure analysis, semiconductor metrology, photolithography, and wafer- scale advanced packaging to provide analysis and technical advice/assistance to the customer. You will work closely with customer engineering and technical teams to facilitate complex technology development.
Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of 14 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, Physics or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Required Skills:
• Microelectronics/Semiconductor Fabrication and Advanced Packaging
• Physical/Chemical Vapor Deposition.
• Dielectrics including Spin-On
• Dielectrics Metals
• Superconducting Materials
• Dry Etch Processing
• Photolithography
• Failure Analysis
• Semiconductor Metrology
• CMP
• FEOL/BEOL
• Semiconductor Product Development
• Process Control and Sustainment
Desired Skills:
• Preference given to applicants with experience in fabricating superconducting devices and advanced packaging.
• Experience with Conducting trade studies of cryogenic systems, Evaluating cryogenic system performance, and/or Reviewing cryogenic communications methods
