OpSource has partnered with a metal manufacturing company located in Williamston, SC.
Pay for the position :
$16.00 / hr $0.50 shift premium
Shifts for the position :
Shift 2 : 30PM 1 : 00AM
Hours are subject to change and may include overtime.
Job requirements for the position may include :
- Certifies first piece for each new manufacturing order and completes required documentation.
- Performs hourly press audits to ensure quality, packing, and part dimensions conform to customer required specifications.
- Performs container audits to ensure quality, labeling, and packing conform to customer required specifications. Places quality approved sticker on approved containers and enters product into inventory.
- Assists in die change documentation requirements.
Qualifications for the position :
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Ability to comprehend and complete Statistical Process Control using charts and graph readings.
- Ability to complete necessary paperwork through basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Good computer skills.
- MUST HAVE experience with micrometers, gauges, and calipers.
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
