What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Executive position at Optamark?

We are looking for a highly motivated and accomplished Printing Sales Executive to join our growing commercial printing company. As a Printing Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling commercial printing solutions, including digital, wide format, offset printing, folding carton, POP, POS, and fulfillment, to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing $1M annually in commercial printing sales, existing relationships with Creative Directors, CMOs, Brand Managers, Graphic Designers, and Ad Agencies, and proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools. The position can be fully remote or a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target and cultivate relationships with Creative Directors, CMOs, Brand Managers, Graphic Designers at organizations with 100 locations, Ad Agencies, startups, and any vertical pushing volume.
  • Utilize resources like our AI-assisted prospecting tools and online storefront to aid in growing your pipeline and income.
  • Maximize your income by utilizing your Account Manager to help with estimating, proposals, job specifications, orders, questions, correspondence, etc.
  • Continually cultivate and grow your network through associations, board participation, trade shows, and other events.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of producing $1M annually in commercial printing sales.
  • Existing relationships with Creative Directors, CMOs, Brand Managers, Graphic Designers, and Ad Agencies.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, high integrity, always prospecting for new business opportunities to grow your network, and very strong at building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or graphic arts is preferred.
  • Interest in graphic arts, print management, and consultative sales.
