The Opportunity
- Sales - Access to large public sector accounts with on-site access that you are able: to plug into, communicate our benefits, make sales, and obtain referrals to develop new business.
- Training - One of the top training programs in the Country; both in the training room and live in the field with tenured leaders that excel at a high level
- Compensation - We offer high pay & healthy bonus/incentive programs, including international incentive trips. We are 1099 and the position is 100% commission based.
- New Agents can earn $50,000-$70000 first year on average
- Balanced Life - Our most successful agents work Monday through Friday - no evenings, weekends, or holidays required.
- Plug in & learn our proven system and implement it to efficiently & effectively communicate voluntary benefits.
- Be willing to learn and work within a team.
- Maintain and develop current relationships within large public sector accounts.
