Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for incident resolution on applications supported by Credit Solutions. This position is also responsible for user communication, triage of system issues and support procedure documentation.
This includes collaboration with technology partners and business SME’s on system issue resolution. Application Support 80%. Responds to incidents in timely manner. Clearly and accurately communicates resolution to requester. Document corrections are made in incident management system. Updates system documentation with new findings. Analysis of system defects 10%. Reviews and attempts to recreate new issues in testing environments.
Documents new issues with steps to recreate examples where possible, to assist root causes analysis.
The Product Analyst role will support the full lifecycle of products from inception to the complete implementation of the product through various distribution channels. This role will focus on product requirements, customer experience design, deployment planning and product strategies working closely with stakeholders in Technology and the lines of business.
This role will also have significant objectives of initiatives. Facilitate gathering of business and process requirements. Develop and document technical design requirements. Analyze documentation to maintain consistency of content and approach. Complete assigned tasks in accordance with published policies and standards.
Work closely with others to solve problems of minimal to medium complexity. Strategic thinking. Maintain awareness and Technology strategies and participate in related training opportunities. Looking for improvement opportunities.
Verified defined support for identified budget, scope and timeline requirements. Collaboration with business partners and technology representatives to gain understanding and identify requirements.
Ensure initiative stakeholders are aware of the status of assigned deliverables. Ensuring product delivery management is aware of the status of assigned deliverables. Provide timely feedback to the Resource Manager on the effort remaining on assigned tasks, to maintain appropriate forecasting.
