Job Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to provide creative and logistical supportto marketing initiatives set by the Marketing Director. The ideal candidate is a teamplayer, with strong copywriting and keen organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
- Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing planand strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives,planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Essential Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist in the development ofemails, blogs, press releases, and other marketing materials
- Exceptional profi ciency in proofreading and copy editing
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Organization and time management skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the Insurance and Insurtech industry
- Skilled in research methods– relevant events, industry information, and businessto business (B2B) tonality
- Ability to translate research into common language for social media and othercontent pieces
- Aptitude with social media platforms’ content best practices mainly LinkedIn
- Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing
