WHAT YOU’ LL DO:

Qualifications:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of software products and education/training/experience emphasis on computers in machinery hardware/software application in machinery.
- Ability Communicate technical concepts and procedures by phone, in person, and in writing. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of end users, managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of electronic theory and principles.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of mechanical components.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of schematics and technical drawings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations on product durability and design issues to Product Management based on experience and interaction with users.
- Provide technical support to stakeholders both external - End Users and Distributors - and internal - Sales and Engineering Staff.
- Provide telephone consultation related to operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and benefits of the WFG equipment products.
- Train internal and external customers on the features and benefits of the WFG filing room equipment line.
- Assist in writing service bulletins, data sheets, advertising copy, and operation manuals.
- Participate in workshops, demonstrations, user group meetings, and trade shows.
- Communicate successfully by telephone to assist customers and distributors with operation and service questions on all WFG equipment products.
- Analyze, conduct tests, and recommend through written reports, modifications for new concepts, designs, and components.
