Job Details:
The Administrator position is critical position within the Field Services department responsible for multiple facets of the daily business operations. The administrator provides office support to the management team and field team. The Administrator coordinates office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. This position works with all facets of the Field Services department to ensure efficient daily operations.
Specific Job Duties:
- Completes monthly CAPEX and various expense reports for upper-management.
- Completes monthly reports including, but not limited to SunPass tolls, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance costs, travel expenses and various expenses.
- Provides daily and weekly technician hour and job reports to the Director of Field Operations for analysis.
- Assists with securing new vendors and contractors as needed as well as securing the necessary paperwork for said entities.
- Performs various filing and general daily office administrative tasks.
- Books and plans travel for the various divisions within Field Services and processes payments and scheduling accordingly.
- Processes fleet service requests and coordinates with the appropriate field management to ensure all documentation and scheduling is handled properly.
- Works across all departments to make sure all Field Service matters are handled properly and communicated accordingly.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in the telecommunications or utility industry preferred but not required. 3 years’ experience in an administrative type of role required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details required.
- Advanced time management abilities with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of applications with an advanced understanding of Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
