Junior Compliance Coordinator - (Hybrid)

The Jr. Compliance Coordinator role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining Export and Domestic processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Duties & Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the Jr. Compliance Coordinator are: Communicate with product specialists and suppliers to receive complete and accurate product information and ensure compliance Reviewing and verifying accuracy of product information and maintaining updates in database accordingly Review and maintain various regulations in database Maintain accurate records of product sales and shipping limitations on federal, state and local levels Maintain proper archives of compliance documents and information Perform regular internal audits to ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulations Work with other departments to train and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Assist in implementation and maintenance of compliance automation efforts and other operations Assist Legal & Compliance with various administrative tasks, as needed Qualifications, Skills & Requirements Ability to work on multiple projects and project management experience are a plus Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize Demonstrated ability to solve problems and present solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database management experience Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail, data entry and accuracy Entry level candidates will be considered #ZR Benefits Medical Insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield, including HSA, HMO, and PPO options.
