Position Description:
Administrative role supporting three marketing executives - the marketing leads for Truck, SUV, and Enthusiast vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
Managing Calendar for three individuals
Manage expense reporting for three individuals
Managing meeting agenda and logistics for key marketing meetings, Managing Modular Control Review Process - Ensuring all aspects of the Operational Control of the Global Product Marketing team are compliant with company guidelines
Maintaining the DRIM (Department Records Inventory Matrix), including data and document management
Skills Required:
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work across multiple tasks simultaneously strong attention to detail and delivery
