Summary
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department and interacts with multiple levels of employees and departments as needed. This role is located in Superior Township, MI and reports to the Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities will include performing a wide variety of administrative duties including report preparation, data compilation, keeping records, reconciling invoices and bills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Gathers information and assists with preparation of reports.
- Develop, maintain, analyze and/or assist with various human resources activities and procedures.
- Manage all staff list and weekly headcount.
- Maintain organization charts.
- Respond to requests for verifications of employment.
- Conduct new hire on boarding and orientation.
- Maintain and update files as needed.
- Support internal auditing of files and human resource processes.
- Perform administrative functions such as purchasing requests, timecard, vacation requests, travel requests, etc.

Education and Experience
Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent work experience.

Salary : $36,900 - $46,700
