Main responsibilities:
- Run the machine that he assigned to and report production
- Train new & existing employees on multiple machines from start to finish
- Trian & stress the importance of making and using set up sheets
- Maintain PMs on all equipment and the importance of it
- Must be a self-starter and work unsupervised and follow directions from dept. head
- Fill in on hot machines when operators are absent
- Work on new parts with engineering to achieve good tool life and maximum cycle time
- Must be well versed on all equipment
