This is a hybrid position but will allow total remote for out-of-state employees.
Work Location: Remote if not located in Minnesota
What’s in it for you:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing a book of business and growing revenue through new sales with established business partners.
Prepares and presents sales proposals.
The ability to conduct live presentations via face-to-face, trade shows, and live webinars (over the phone).
Negotiates contracts and work agreements, as needed.
Has the ability to travel monthly (required) – can vary during peak travel/trade.
Build and nurture relationships by providing our clients with digital marketing solutions to generate new revenue, grow their business, and maintain their current customer base as well. In this position, you can be sure to receive industry training – both onboarding and ongoing. In this position, you will become a vital part of our Sales team and work to support business development and client retention.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 Years Sales Experience.
Experience in Relationship Selling.
Record of accomplishment of building and maintaining strong client relationships and closing new business.
A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred but can be offset with solid sales experience.
Digital Marketing Experience Is Beneficial, But Not Required.
Knowledge in the tire & auto industry is a plus.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.
Strong work ethic.
Self-starter.
