Our business is installing, servicing & repairing Generac generators for homeowners, we are a stable growing business.
We are looking to add a new member to our Baton Rouge office team. This person would start by assisting others in the organization as they run the daily administrative operations of the company. The office energy is fast paced and the workload can vary throughout the year. The ideal candidate would enjoy the challenge of solving problems with the team and be able to rise to the occasion when needed. This person will need to be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers over the phone to help complete installation processes or direct them to the best team member to resolve the request.
- Actively push for the completion projects placed under your control.
- Create & update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Organize your office and assist other team members in an efficient manner.
- Schedule appointments for team members.
- Communicate clearly & professionally when under pressure.
Skills
- Experience as an back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of basic office procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, with the ability to learn new programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
