Home Care Sales Rep (Private)
Private duty home care company is seeking an experienced sales professional. Home Health experience would be great, however, our client would also be willing to consider candidates with a proven track record of success in the same call points such as Hospice, SNF, ALF, Infusion, Pharma, etc. MUST have healthcare sales experience in similar settings.
Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is to grow revenue by effectively and efficiently contacting leads and signing them on as clients with charisma, confidence and past home health care experience.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- This position will build relationships and network with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Livings, and other referral avenues.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new developments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- They will also meet with families and "close the sale."
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare sales - used to calling on Hospice, SNF, ALF, Infusion, Pharma, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with Clients.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Deadline and detail orientated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
