What You will Do:
Generate new sales from prospecting and lead qualification via email or phone
Manage the end to end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and onboarding
Log all activity in CRM to ensure sales pipeline is accurate
Identify and target new potential clients at institutions such as banks or hedge funds
Respond to requests for information and arrange technical discussions with potential clients
Conduct contract negotiation with understanding of data licensing agreements
Learn about financial products for the options markets
Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Account Management, and Product Support teams
Skills You Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline
At least 3 years of proven goal achievement in a sales or sales support role
Advanced prospecting on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
Confidence negotiating and amending contracts from start to finish
Understanding of financial markets with Options is beneficial.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software (Sugar CRM preferred)

Pay ranges at OptionMetrics are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at OptionMetrics are eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits.
