Technical Support Analyst (On-site)
*This position will require an on-site presence in Grapevine, TX*
Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team! This candidate will be responsible for handling end user support as the first line of contact for them. This team is responsible for hardware, software, training, web conf support. Anything the end user needs to do.

Experience of the Right Candidate:
- 1-3 years of desktop support experience showing progression of roles.
- Wide variety of exposure to different tools/ environments.
- Resourcefulness; Strong problem-solving ability to find answers to things they don't know.
- Industry related Certifications.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
- Needs someone who is not brand new in the industry but looking for continued growth. Has 1-3 years of progressively more difficult positions
- Needs to be able to pick things up, run some projects.
- Account creations, modifications.
- Writing basic PowerShell scripts to solve related issues.
- Supported a wide variety of hardware/software- Needs to know a lot about a lot of different things.
- Ability to search and find information; Strong Problem-Solving skills.
- Resourceful in finding ways to get the information/answers they're looking for.
