Product Analyst
Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader in the Utilities Industry, is seeking an experienced Product Analyst for a hybrid opportunity in Charlotte, NC! This candidate will look to improve the customer experience by providing timely and relevant communications through digital mediums and self-serve applications. This candidate will support Product Owners and other existing teams.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Provide support for existing teams and their associated Product Owners.
- Assist Product Owners in answering questions like: How is our product performing and what issues need to be resolved? What type of features does this product need? How can we make our product better?
- Conduct Market Research to determine what customers are looking for in these products.
- Help understand our customer’s needs along with other business requirements to ensure optimal solutions are delivered.
- Work Closely with the development teams, testing, refining, and helping their business partners adopt the solutions through close engagement.
- Provide timely and relevant communications through digital mediums and self-serve applications.
- This Product Analyst position will support existing teams over usage alerts, email, and text.
Experience of the right Candidate:
- Experience using Jira and AWS, Technical Background to a degree.
- Experience working in Programs.
- Experience conducting testing.
- Experience with writing stories.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Experience Supporting Product Owners and Conducting market research to determine customer needs/wants.
- Experience collaborating with development teams.
- Requirement Gathering Experience.
